You already have all of your vendors booked, your décor is set, but you are looking to have someone in your corner to handle everything from ceremony rehearsal management to making sure everything is exactly set up the way you want on your special day.
Having a day-of-coordinator will put you at ease knowing that we have you covered from being your main contact for your vendors and knowing their commitments, organizing a thorough wedding-day timeline to ensure flawless transitions, and being your go-to for troubleshooting any issues that may arise. Usually this package process begins 3 months out from your wedding.
Partial Planning
You are ready to help plan your wedding, but need some guidance in your organization to make sure you are on track and not going over budget. Partial planning will allow you to do as much planning as you would like, with the unlimited contact you get from a wedding planner. We will connect you with our preferred vendors, come up with a design plan, and help you manage your budget so you know exactly where all of your money is being spent. Full Planning
You need a wedding planner! Wedding planning can become so overwhelming without the right support. It truly does take a village to plan your dream wedding so let us be your fairy godmothers and allow us to take the stress of your shoulders so you can enjoy this special season of being a bride-to-be. Full planning can start from the moment you get engaged and includes venue and vendor sourcing and booking, invitation and RSVP management, a décor and design proposal, budget management, timeline logistics and organization, and two day-of-coordinators.
